Seatback Frame Slots | Cleaning Up

The next item on the build agenda is test fitting the seatback stringers and sheerclamps, but before that could happen I needed to clean up the slots in the seatback supports where the frame will fit.

The slots were all too small and some contained epoxy drips and squeeze out, so it was quite a big task to enlarge them and clean them up.

A variety of tools were required to do this. Here is a cleaned up seatback support with the tools needed.

Now for the stringers and sheerclamps!
